Standard Return Policy:

• Currently, we do not accept returns for personalized items. We will accept returns or exchanges for non-personalized items should you receive your item damage. However, if you receive a damaged or defective custom item due to courier handling, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order and we will gladly discuss with you options to get your item replaced.

  • Items must be in unused and resalable condition.

  • The grace period for all returns is 5 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Custom and Personalized Items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:

• Purchases made during the holiday season (typically November 24 to December 31) are eligible for return until January 15th.Same conditions as the standard return policy apply.

International Returns:

• Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns.

Refund Processing Time:

• We will notify you within 2 business days upon receipt of your returns.

• Refund issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Usually within 5-10 business days of receipt

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Cancellations:

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellations may not be possible after this time due to the personalization of most of our items.
